1 Registration
Submit your application on our website. After you register, we will check course availability and send you a confirmation along with payment details or suggest alternatives if needed. If your chosen course is full or lacks participants, we will offer other options.
Eligibility
Our courses are primarily for Teachers, Principals, and School Staff, but anyone can join.
Our training programs are fully fundable through Erasmus+ programs. You can enroll using an Erasmus grant, other funding, or personal payment.
If you are applying for an Erasmus grant or awaiting results, please do not complete the enrollment form yet. Instead, contact us via our contact form or email.
Language Level
Most courses require a B1 level of English. Exceptions may be made at Travel & Learn’s discretion. Language courses are available for those with lower proficiency levels.
2 Payments
The fee covers daily lessons from Monday to Friday or Saturday (five hours per day) and cultural activities (city tour). Payments are made directly to Travel & Learn, usually via bank transfer or credit card.
Payment is not required at registration. Complete payment after course confirmation within 10 days of booking confirmation.
3 Course Details
A minimum of 80% attendance is required for the certificate. In case there is an emergency, email us at info@travel-and-learn.com
Classes typically have more than 6 participants. Course Schedule Classes are held in the morning or afternoon, as decided by Travel & Learn. The final schedule is sent 2 weeks before the course.
The website schedule is tentative and may change based on participants’ requests.
If a device is needed, it will be mentioned in the email sent 2 weeks before the course.
Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance if they attend at least 80% of the course.
4 Course Modifications
You can change courses, locations, or dates without an administrative fee, except for last-minute or repetitive changes. Price differences may apply.
Requests should be emailed to info@travel-and-learn.com and are subject to approval.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will suggest an alternative solution. We aim to avoid courses with fewer than six participants.
5 Cancellation Policy
Notify us by email if you need to cancel. Options include rescheduling or transferring your spot to a colleague. Refund policies are:
More than 4 weeks before the course: 50% of the course cost is retained.
Less than 4 weeks before the course: the full amount is retained.
6 Cultural Activities and accommodation
Cultural activities vary by Travel & Learn.
We do not offer accommodation but provide a list of recommended hotels upon course confirmation.
